My goal at ENERVITAL is to help people attain their optimal state of health to enable them realize the most optimal wealth creation potential for both themselves as individuals, as well as their work/ business enterprises. In the perfect world my mind sees, healthy and wealthy people create and lead healthy and wealthy organizations and institutions. These form the basis for healthy and wealthy nations of abundance, where all have their basic needs and wants plus more are perpetually satisfied. On the grander scale of thought, health and wealth are means to world peace attainment.
In the perfect world my mind’s sees I define wealth as follows:
- WEALTH: Sustainable long-term state of resourcefulness.
– Resourcefulness: Boundless creative ability and innovative capacity.
Resourceful people will always find solutions to challenges; and they will always find new and better, more efficient, and more effective ways of doing things. This translates to higher productivity, functional and rational use, as well as allocation of resources. When all is said and done, the rewards then are higher profits for business, higher returns on investment, and higher remunerations for the workers, as well as greater revenue generation for the state. And voilà, all live happily ever after!
It goes without saying therefore that my ENERVITAL Healthy & Wealthy People® will be at the top of the food chain. Given their abundant creative and innovative energy, as well as capacity catalyzed by what I do at ENERVITAL, these people make things happen; they are not made by things, and are rewarded accordingly across the board. In (the) community many of these people are generous, considerate, and kind; they have strong philanthropic engagements in many parts of the world.
If you also want to be healthy and wealthy, so you can have the necessary strength and endurance to help make this a better place for yourself and others to live to the fullest creative and innovative potential, come to ENERVITAL!
My dream: Peace on earth. All are healthy and wealthy. Abundance is real, equitable.

ENTER THE FUTURE
LIVE YOUR FUTURE TODAY
With
COOL Coaching /
Chilembo Optimal Outcomes Life Coaching
Many people are often stuck in one and the same place in the present; the present in which time seems to have stood still because nothing seems to go right in their lives, if anything happens at all to begin with. These people go round living unfulfilled lives of diminished/ diminishing mental and physical energy curtailing creativity, as well as the ability to effectively manage own lives towards realizing specific goals and ambitions, be it healthy living, career/ professional development and growth, or nurturing of personal relationships.
In random and far between bursts of short term creative energy, projects after projects will be started with great enthusiasm, only to be left incomplete or poorly finished due to lack of passion and killer instinct. Such is the never ending cycle of frustrations and disappointment maintained, spiritually and materially killing the concerned slowly; depriving them of visions, and possible attainment, of a bright and fulfilling future full of joy, happiness, and boundless creativity. Feelings of isolation, exclusion, and dismissal become the order of the day, making it impossible to function harmoniously both socially and professionally. Adding lasting value to anything in life is out of the question at this level, with poverty and its offshoots of ignorance and disease, awe and jealousy, inevitable.
To rationalize their hopeless situations, the kind of people described above will often blame the past and the people therein for their perceived own ill fortunes. Standing on ever weak and vulnerable ground in the present, these people will be so afraid of the future that failure will necessarily become a self-fulfilling prophecy. For these people the future is dark and mysterious, a no-go zone worse than the miserable present.
The model I have developed below is to help people come out of the fangs and entanglements of the past inhibiting them to live free, happy, fulfilling, and creative lives real time. The future is indeed constantly within us all, helping us live it out in the present always; only we use lessons from the past to help us build a bright future for others and ourselves today.
GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR LIFE AND OTHERS BY:
- Living your future in the present
- Relating critically to the past
– Repeat not done mistakes
– Take past successes to higher levels by default - Believing in the future
– That’s the only place you’ll enjoy the desired outcomes of your dreams and efforts: TODAY
– That’s the only place which has all you need to get there: TODAY

WALOBA AWARD 2012
In memory of my father, Mr Elias Lazarus Waloba Chilembo, I have, under the auspices of my Chilembo Warrior Moves, introduced a special award to recognize outstanding men who in their respective unique ways contribute to making this a better world to live for all. Most importantly, these men will be a direct part of my life in things I do and stand for. These men will be sources of inspiration and strength who in their own special ways help me be a better person today than I was yesterday; they will be my teachers, my mentors, my guardian angels, my advisors, my guides, my motivators, my coaches, my brothers, my friends, my family. This is a very personal award, a very personal journey. The recipients will receive a signed diploma.
The second recipient of the award (Saturday, December 10, 2011; Oslo, Norway) is my first senior-most Karate student, Eyvind Elgesem, 4th Dan Shihan, for the Brother who is ever there, unswerving in his service and devotion to all he represents as a family man, a friend, leader and teacher of others; a man of honour and integrity carrying much wisdom and knowledge above his shoulders. Much of my growth and success in Norway I with humility owe to Eyvind’s special clarity of thought in his advice, support, and guidance of me and my ventures in Norway through the years. Waloba died in 1998; Eyvind and his family materially contributed to my ability to give him a decent and worthy burial. The emotional support I received from them I’ll carry the memory of with me to my grave.

DONATE, SHARE, SACRIFICE
A DISCOURSE ON SACRIFICE
The difference between donation and sacrifice is the outcome of the trade-off between or among relative values. I donate excess value the disappearance or lack of which will cause no harm to, or reduce, my sense of self-worth and/ or well-being; I donate when “I got more than I asked for, (and) there ain’t nothin’ I need…”
When I by conscious choice or otherwise give away all or part of what I have of material and/ or subjective value for what I consider to be of greater good than my ego considerations, I make a sacrifice.
I share when I am indifferent to personal gain or loss to the extent that that which I endeavour to give a part of, or parts thereof, to someone/ others, or a cause is such that its value neither diminishes nor grows when I have, and hang on to it all by and for myself alone.
I donate, I share; and carry on with my life, living happily ever after. It is the application of sacrifice in practice which has been a major area of fascination in my youth and subsequent adult years.
We must have been in Form 4 (Grade 11) when one day in 1980 our then Chemistry teacher at Kamwala Secondary School, the ever affable Mr Mehta, brought an elderly visitor from India to our class. The latter gentleman not only came to greet us, but he gave us an inspirational talk about, if I recall, growing up, education, and leadership. I now understand that the man was a spiritual leader visiting some of his disciples in Zambia at that time.
I recall him emphasizing that we should take it for granted that we were all in the class going to be highly educated and influential in society as adults. He went on to say that we would fill up all key positions in all aspects of societal organization, as well as development. We were all going to be top doctors, engineers, scientists, business people, military generals, politicians, etc. And, given our potential future influence, owing to our apparent superior individual and collective brain power, we were all destined to be very, very wealthy. We would have the biggest houses, the flashiest cars, and the most beautiful families.
I have always been optimistic about a prosperous future full of all material trappings of financial success and power for myself. However, that day, I got this awesome mind picture of my classmates and I as having become the strongest and best ever rulers and power brokers of the world when grown up. The imagery was so intense and seemed so real that I to this day become hot and moist in my hands whenever I think about it.
I must have come to when I heard the Guru asked, “But what is all this education, wealth, power, and influence about then?”
I imagine that we were all so mesmerized by this man that no one in the class found the breath to say a word. He told us, I recall, that it was all about the responsibility to share with others who may not be as lucky and privileged as ourselves.
He went on to say that we in essence become educated, wealthy, and powerful in order to serve society, starting with our smaller family units and immediate communities. This is so, the man argued further that … (Continued in the book: “MACHONA BLOGS – As I See It”. Order Simon Chilembo books on Amazon)

I TRAIN BECAUSE…
I’m going to talk about training by way of telling a partial story of my life.
I’ve had very specific reasons for wanting to train from my first school day in Lesotho in January 1965; then I was 4 ½ years old. That’s the first time I discovered rudely how physically small and vulnerable I was.
I still have a vivid recollection of how these other bigger boys and girls were all over me, stroking my head and pulling at my clothes as if to undress me. Later on, I learned that I was the only child wearing the finest clothes, was the cutest, and most charming of them all. Then, I knew I wanted to be big and strong so that I could protect myself from those overly eager people.
I couldn’t wait to be grown up so I could start weight lifting with the neighbourhood men who used to train in Thabong Hall, on the other side of the street from my home in Welkom … (Continued in the book: “MACHONA BLOGS – As I See It”. Order Simon Chilembo books on Amazon)

CALL ME ANYTHING. JUST DON’T CALL ME NEGER!
A DISCOURSE ON RACISM
This is to my Norwegian-speaking people, and others who do not understand some key issues of and about many Black people of African origin all over the world, particularly in Norway itself. Read this input bearing in mind that I come from South Africa originally.
Many years ago I had a friend in Oslo who had bought himself a wreck of a Ford Escort car. He loved this car so much he named it Michelle, after Pfeiffer. I’ve named my iPhone MichelleOS2, i.e. Michelle Obama-for-Simon, acknowledging my self-declared second level position. Not only do I find the name tantalizingly sweet, I also find that the few Michelles I know are stunningly beautiful and charming.
When you love, admire, adore, and value somebody or something high you give them beautiful names; you call them the sweetest, most cheerful, most uplifting things. This way hoping and wishing, perhaps, they will be around for ever to cheer up your, if not everybody’s days; spicing up your dreams, giving you hope and belief that one day the sun shall shine on you too so that you can meet these people/ things live to thrive in their glory, even if only for a moment. My BlackBerry is called BarackOTM, for He is THE Man.
My first ever regularly paid-up job I got about only a few days after my thirteenth birthday; South African schools winter holidays, 1973. I became a junior waiter at a then very, very popular WHITES ONLY! Italian restaurant, Caponero. I quickly learned the tricks of the trade, and, in no time, I was such a hit I’d some weekends get more tips than my father!
Three families that came to dine all evening most Fridays were absolute favourites of mine. This was for the common reason that they tipped most generously indeed. There were distinctive differences, though …(Continued in the book: “MACHONA BLOGS – As I See It”. Order Simon Chilembo books on Amazon)

I AM HAPPY TODAY!
I am happy today, very happy. Many who know me well will know very well that I just love to receive attention. I thrive on attention. I’m addicted to praise for the good things I do well. I get a kick out of getting positive feedback.
Every time I’m told I’m good at what I do, I’m special, I’m unique, I’m The Best, I get an almost orgasmic sensation in my body; a blissful, ecstatic state of being. I get so profusely energized I all the time want to do more and more good things in the best way possible.
But I’m not essentially driven by a voracious need for attention and praise attendant to the recognition of the positive outcomes of my actions and activities. I am not an avid attention seeker. It’ll be hard to believe for some, but privately I am a very, very shy, reserved man. I’m shy to a point of arrogance to those who know me rather not so well. Things, circumstances, and people not making sense around me easily bore me over half way to death. I am a master of withdrawal when I have little to give or to gain in any given situation.
What motivates me most is not the end, i.e. attention showers and, or praise derived from the good work I do or have done; or simply the good man I am or have become. The thrill is in the process of getting things to work, learning new things, teaching new things, breaking barriers, overcoming evil and temptation along the way … (Continued in the book: “MACHONA BLOGS – As I See It”. COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD: Pt 2
A DISCOURSE ON FREEDOM: Part 2
LEADERSHIP – The Chil-land Case
The national leadership structure of Chil-land is clearly defined, and is centred on the one all-powerful
President Big Daddy Cool-Chils, a.k.a. Prez Chils. He heads The Cabinet, all the ministries, as well as all the government departments
Prez Chils is by definition president for and of life by and from birth. He is destined to self-leadership neither by accident nor wish, but by design and creation. Although he as a younger leader was not entirely appreciative of the attendant responsibilities, duties, and obligations of his natural societal roles and functions, Prez Chils has grown up to be a beacon of freedom, as well as mental emancipation; making Chil-land a model country to be emulated by others.
Prez Chils is a sophisticated, cultured man of the world whose existence is entirely dependent on the perpetual smooth operations of the cabinet and all the relevant state departments. The latter are inherently interdependent both as separate administrative units, as well as contra Prez Chils’ divine pervasive nature. It is in no uncertain terms understood that no single unit of Chil-land administration shall or can survive at the expense of another; all must co-ordinate their activities in concert in order for Prez Chils to carry out his custodial duties optimally for all. It is also the President’s imperative to take good care of the entire administration, harnessing and sustaining all the necessary resources and skills throughout Chil-land’s yet-to-be manifest lifespan.
Endowed with enormous personal material and, most importantly, spiritual, emotional, as well as creative wealth, Prez Chils is renowned for his generousity and kindness. Material and spiritual abundance around the President all his life so far has shaped his and Chil-land’s enormous capacity for resilience, patience, and tolerance. Like many other people, Prez Chils has had his own share of trials and tribulations. But after every fall he, just like the Phoenix, has always risen again to be better and stronger than before. When the end of his and Chil-land’s allotted time on earth finally arrives, there are many Phoenixes ready to carry on the legacy. Actually, some have already begun! Prez Chils lives and does what he has to do today so that tomorrow will be a better, more fulfilling experience for all on the globe. It is Prez Chils burning desire to demonstrate through Chil-land that it is possible to create heaven on earth for oneself in this life.
Prez Chils is a future-oriented lover of life living in the moment; he enjoys life with passion. He is a gastrosexual who just loves beautiful and luxurious things. Because he is not sexually attracted to other men, he is therefore heterosexual. Given his mental emancipation as mentioned above, some of his close homosexual friends and brothers know Prez Chils as a platonic-gay-straight-man; the latter because he has no qualms about showing openly normal recognition and affection for his homosexual friends, brothers, and sisters.
The President is not married, has never been married, will get married when his future wife finally finds him. The man has just been too busy making Chil-land into paradise-on-earth to have time to make room for a Mrs Prez Chil in his life. If she is out there now, she may call The Prez’s number with her substantive proposal. There currently is such peace, harmony, and contentment in Chil-land that Prez Chils will give all proposals due regard and thorough consideration.
